Mcdonald's - Yonkers

This McDonald's location has extremely slow service, regardless of the time of day. This morning at 3:08 AM, I was turned away at the drive-thru because their "system was down." After circling around, I noticed that other frustrated customers were still being served at the service window. When I tried to return, I was informed that they were closed and that they close at 3 AM to clean up and reopen at 4 AM. This was confusing as I have been served at this location late at night before. The employee rudely explained that they were only serving customers already in the system. This incident reminded me of a previous experience with Uber Eats where my order was canceled because they claimed they did not serve food at that time. It would be helpful if McDonald's updated their hours online and trained their staff to communicate better with customers. As someone who frequently works late, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My hash browns were cold. I only ordered hash browns and coffee, and my food was cold and they were very slow. They were pleasant, but the overall food rating is 1 out of 5.

The food was hot and fresh, everything was prepared and packaged nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The nuggets were crunchy and the fries were perfectly cooked. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and quick to serve. The restaurant was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this place.

Local mcds with good service. Never had a problem and has been a customer for years.

This McDonalds is getting one star, because I can't put ZERO. This McDs has horrible service. The staff just stand around ignoring you while they converse. They ignore, ignore and keep ignoring. They treat people horribly. I feel bad for the delivery people, who stand around for long periods of time.In addition, the wait time for your order to be ready is horrible. They take so long, and worst off you have to wait until they feel like serving you you're food.By far the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I thought maybe it was one day, but nope....it's everytime.I hope they get new management. It really starts there and you can tell is a poorly run establishment.
