Place order and they mixed my order with someone else. They replaced the pizza without looking at what I had gotten on my pizza, they were just guessing. The manager did offer a free drink and dessert for the mix up without me having to say anything. View all feedback.
The food is decent at this location (there are much better pizza choices in YL in my opinion) but the service is terrible. I placed an online order at 6:00pm for pick-up at 6:45pm. I was running a few mins behind and didn't arrive until 6:50pm. When I walked in they had not even started my order yet (and it wasn't busy). He explained it would be another 10 mins or so and I told him that I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. I very nicely asked them to refund me for the order since they hadn't started making it and I needed to leave. It took him 5 mins to try to figure out how to do that and I finally had to leave. Guess who never got a refund and also never got her pizza? Yep. That's super lame. I get it that mistakes happen and maybe it was overlooked but the fact that they didn't refund me is disappointing.
This place is dirty and unorganized. No management seems to be around all young kids working and none of them seemed to have a real assignments on the line.First of all the floor behind the counter looks as if about half a dozen pizza toppings were on the floor.Employees were very unorganized and the pizzas were made at random, no system or quality control, depended on who made your pizza if the toppings were spread evenly on the dough or just kind of plopped in the middle. If you asked for them to be spread out or for additional to make pizza even you got attitude. As the pizzas were made or salad dished up if an employee needed an ingredient they simply left your pizza and had to go in the back to get another tray/tub of whatever holding up the line. There is no list of ingredients anyplace so it is kind of like going to Subway if you are new to the establishment you need to see the items to chose from as you proceed down the ordering line.I ordered the large salad and 2 pizza's for my family of 4 and when we came to the end of the line I got 1 bottle of beer and wanted a wine, which they were out of wine???? 2 sodas, had to come back to counter to have the beer opened with a bottle opener, but to get someone's attention was crazy ridiculous., Things were very disruptive where they pull the pizzas from the oven. People were getting wrong orders. So I waited right their for mine. Observed a person come looking for his and while they looked for his order another person came to them holding 2 pizzas stating they were not his. The 3 of them looked at the pizzas to determine the toppings and then they were given to person #1 stating he wondered where his order was. He took them directly from the worker who offered them to him after coming back and wasn't gone 2 minutes when he return them stating you could see where person #2 or his family had touched them to determine if they had the right order. So unprofessional and against all safety and cleanliness rules!!!This place is DISGUSTING, might be good for high school teenagers but don't rely on a fun pizza night with the family where kids can choose their own.oh and they don't have paper plates, They gave me 4 forks for the salad, I guess they expected us to all eat from the same bowl! I asked for plates and was given pizza trays, we made due with those and the pizza boxes to eat off of. NEVER AGAIN.
Got a great service from one of the employees, Joselyn, at Blaze on Yorba Linda. We let her know that no meat, as we are vegetarian. She changed gloves, washed the spoon and was patiently making our pizza with all the toppings we asked. Also, the pizza was baked well as we had asked. It's our go to place from now on
The deliver was quick effortless. Driver was very courteous and followed instructions. Much appreciated.
Very poor service and planning by the management. Drove here with my family for dinner after my kid 's practice at 6:45pm. There was no one in line and the dining room was 50% full. There was a 30 min wait due to them taking too many online orders. Having to turn away present customers for door dash or online orders is a bad call and they should throttle their online orders if they are unable to meet demand.Sooooooo...I decided to give this location a second chance tonight on the way home from another son 's football practice. The store was scheduled to close at 10pm on a Tuesday night. We arrived at 9:25pm and entered the store to order a pizza. An employee informed us they were closed as we stood at the line to order. They were not out of food, it was 35 min before their scheduled close but they said they had a busy night and decided to close early! 7 employees were standing around and another was eating in the dining room. The employee said, "didn 't you see the sign saying we were closed when you walked through that unlocked door? "Unbelievable!
