We had a lovely afternoon tea today at Novotel in York, the service was excellent, very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered unlimited hot drinks with our afternoon tea. Great food and lovely staff, really helpful and professional while dealing with a lot of big groups still looked after us well!
Stayed here every time i come to york for work. Stayed here march 10- 14, great service, nice selection in the breakfast and the dinner menu is good too
