Tried booking a meal at Lucia 's York phoned the restaurant and was told to book online. Went online and tried to book for 4 people, website bumbled and booked for 2 erroneously. Tried to amend online unsuccessfully.....then called the restaurant to change reservation. 3 times. phone answered and then call dropped. WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!!! Will pop into a restaurant on the hoof instead. Meals hit and miss so not a loss.... View all feedback.
Great food . Dinner fixed menu great value and top quality. Excellent service from Kugs Lovely complimentary sorbet for the birthday boy
Found this place by accident but glad we did. Had an amazing experience enhanced by Danny our waiter. Nothing was to much trouble, food delivered with a smile....
