Local game meat was fantastic. Loved the soup! Staff was friendly and entertaining. My only suggestion would be a re-do on the chocolate dessert option. Death by chocolate was dead. This is a truly special experience from the ride up on the sleigh , the cabin, the food and finishing with the amazing view of the stars on the way down. What Cathy descamps doesn't like about Beano's Cabin:
Experience was nice. Food was average. My husband ordered beef tenderloin and meatball app, cobbler desert. No problem with any of those. I ordered Trout fritters for app and they were terrible, so salty I could not eat them. This made the rest of my meal average. Artic Char was ok, but poached apple desert was not great.
