What User likes about El Serrano:
We used Tripadvisor to find the restaurant as we traveled thru York. The food lived up to it's billing as Peruvian. We ordered the salmon and the tilapia which were served hot and had great taste and flavor. The portions were sized appropriately. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Serrano:
Food was bland. Certainly no “Mexican” flair to it. Wife’s chimichanga and my tortilla looked identical when served and were way too doughy. Best I could say for the Spanish rice is it was yellow. Again bland…no Spanish flair or flavor. View all feedback.
