The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are quite good! While the prices are a bit high, the food is delicious (except for the Mozzarella balls, avoid those). The waitress was friendly but somewhat inattentive, and it was disappointing that drinks did not come with free refills. This place is popular with tourists and is a good choice for a quick lunch. This is the worst food I have ever paid for at any restaurant I have ever been to! I live in Gloucester and eat seafood constantly, which is why I thought it would be good in another harbor town. The calamari was terrible, definitely frozen and did not even resemble calamari! I took a bite of the crab cakes and immediately put my fork down. Everything is frozen and microwaved to order.
