"Cool little spot me and my daughter fumbled upon while running an errand in York. Super cute little place tucked away in a strip mall. We were quickly and friendly greeted upon entering. It was our first time and my daughter was kind of confused on what and how to order but the nice lady at the front counter helped her out. I love the variety and flavors of their rolled ice cream. Very unique spin that I haven't seen before. I Will definitely be back to try more flavors and their drinks as well!"

"Finally had the chance to try the Prince Street Cafe in York. Walking in, I was immediately charmed. The brightness and clean, contemporary feel was fresh and all the plants so welcoming. The wait staff, on the other hand, were NOT welcoming. When we placed our order, we were made to feel like we were a complete bother. We ordered the Southwestern Chicken Burrito, the Herb Ricotta veggie bowl, and an orange juice. The food was SO Good, but we never got the oj. Asked twice, still never got it. We really wanted to try the muffins, but neither of us wanted to deal with the wait staff at the counter so we left without trying the pastries. Sadly, we had already added a nice tip to our order, which wasn't earned, but rather just given out of respect. I would recommend the food but don't go in expecting great service if this particular staff person is working. She was NOT customer-friendly at all. We probably won't be back as no one likes to feel like they are a bother. We'll stick with the Hive in Dover, or go back to Prince St Cafe in Lancaster."

"Been ordering Five guys every Sunday for about a year at this location. Quality of service has been going down the drain lately. They use to give more than enough fries (like Five Guys have always done) and now they barely fill the cup. Burgers come with the bun absolutely soaked and mushy. For spending $30-$40 dollars I’ll take a chance on another burger shop next time."

"I use to eat at the chick fil A down east york and the food and services was excellent this time it was this one by west york the chicken was so dry like if it was cook early waffle fries cold and to much salt I love chick fil A but this time I was disappointed with the quality!!! "Impersonal and low quality. Things started well and the food WAS great however, I assume the owner is now busy with other endeavors as you never see him here. Quality has significantly decreased would not recommend. Guac had already browned, corn in the elote salad was old and soggy, tortillas fell apart so had to eat with utensils. There is a lackadaisical attitude amongst the staff with no interest in offering good customer service. I was a frequent visitor from day one until I began to experience inconsistencies with how the food is prepared. Sometimes salty sometimes without flavor. I went back to give it another shot months later, but found that even the ordering system has been altered to a self check out type set up. If there is no interest in engaging with customers, why even have a business. Never thought I’d say this about this taqueria but I’m a local that won’t be back."
