This SPECIAL item has the really stinky fish smell and taste, and all bits and pieces are deep fried to max so they are extremely dry!I talked to the chef, and he knew the root cause of the problem which is the trash grade fish. Of course they refused to take their trash back. This reminds me the scrapple, a special item from Philadelphia, but scrapple tastes way better than this dish!!!Btw. one possible explanation...
