What Rahsaan Doyle doesn't like about Riverwalk Restaurant:
The food was decent, but not good enough for $130, for a meal for two. We ordered the Calamari Appetizer, which was delicious and the portion was on point. The entree, Asian Sea Scallop and Lobster .Mac and Cheese were both mediocre, nothing out of the ordinary. We also ordered two glasses of wine. What was disappointing was the service. The large selection of coffee and tea specialties makes a visit to Riverwalk Restaurant even more worthwhile, You can also unwind at the bar with a cool beer or other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. "This is my fave restaurant. absolutely fabulous salmon, scallops and crabcakes. the wine was excellent. our desserts were decadent, a chocolate truffle type of ding and a lemon cream cake. service was exemplary. I thought eating was quite expensive for what we received, and the portions were generous, but not great. an exception was the special sole with garnel. it was a very great delicious meal. even though a fairer price, dinner was not cheap...about $100/person up to the time we start two and a glass wein added to our table of 4. the price is available at a “sometimes” or special occasion experience."

"This was a terrible experience. For one of my orders, I asked for a plate with walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and rice. When I received my order the food didn?t look appetizing. Noodles were mixed in with my shrimp, shrimp didn?t look fresh (looked like pieces were pealed off the shrimp), and food was thrown together. I kindly asked if they could fix the issue with the meal I purchased because it didn?t look appetizing for the amount I paid for it. Not only did the young lady try to charge me for another plate she was rude and gave me what is shown in these images. I lost my appetite and asked for a refund. I given the option to get another order instead of doing the refund by a manager. However, I kindly declined and wanted my refund. The manager stated that I should be receiving my refund on my card within three to five business days. She asked me to sign a receipt, and that was that. Hopefully I receive my refund and wasn?t cheated out of funds I work hard for."

"Excellent customer service. The waitress was hilarious. She came out to the table with our second order of tempura shrimp and vegetables and said We had a change of chefs, this chef was skinny so the shrimp are skinny. LOL love it! The volcano roll was amazing and the ginger house salad was great. The rainbow roll was a little off from what I would expect. It wasn 't as cold as you would expect from fresh sushi but it was alright. This was a great experience, considering our regular place was closed tonight. Thanks Kero Sushi! :D"
