I placed a large order for an early morning staff meeting, and I was thrilled how well Joe took care of my order, down to small details such as a bag for each staff members with their name and names on the drinks! I have to add, all the lids were securelyplaced on the drinks! 2 coffee cups fell out of their cup holder on a turn in the car and they did not pop open!! Nothing shortof a miracle! What B Chapa doesn't like about Dunkin':
I was given stale munchkins and when I asked if they had fresh ones I was told that nothing in the store was fresh. I then asked for a refund and was told that I would have to go back tomorrow because the manager leaves at 1pm. Horrible customerservice! View all feedback.
