What User doesn't like about Istanbul Bites:
Ordered online and waiting for hour and minutes for food and when delivered it was cold....asked for my money back and got verbally abused on my own doorstep, I rang the manager to complain and didn't even get an apology, They tried to...make excuses but if you're paying over Euro for food you expect it to be reasonably warm or hot when it arrives, Never again. I absolutely loved it, the food was incredible and in amazing portions, we got there and it didn't take too long to get the food out, completely worth it and I can't wait to go back again View all feedback.
