"No fries again for carry-out order! I ordered a cowboy burger combo with onion rings, paid about 20 bulks with tips. When I got back to office and opened the box, I found there were only a burger and onion rings inside. I did told the front desk I want fries and onion rings both. Also as I ordered burger combo it should come with fries and pickles as advertised. I did pay for both. But obviously there is no fries. This happened once about one year ago when I ordered for my wife. The food there is always good but I don't like this missing fries keep happening. The photo shows what I got when I opened the box. Update on 2/23/2022 The general manager Jordan reached out to me and helped address the problem. I appreciate HopCat is listening to customers' problem and willing to improve. Adding another 3 stars for their positive attitude and solution."

"After I asked the workers to make a extra creamy milkshake I heard alot of grunting at first, but then it all went silent then they emerged with a milkshake dripping with droplets of milk and more ; The taste was immaculate, quite sour but some sweet. It was extra THICK but had some runny parts 10/10 service from them unforgettable."

"Very disappointed. The fried Calamari had absolutely no taste and no color. The potato remover was just rough. We first ordered a pure cheese pizza and the Alfredo. The pizza was ok, but the Alfredo sauce was watery and literally had no taste. We had to take it back and exchange the Alfredo for the Mediterranean pizza, which had an acidic taste and smell. It's a shame because it's a beautiful location. I will certainly not return."

"DO NOT pass on this place because they are in a gas station. I feel its only a limited time before their success forces them into a full blown restaurant. The food is delicious. I love the chicken shwarma sandwich. I didn't like that they seem to skimp on sides like napkins, or garlic sauce (toom) even when you pay for extra. Also they don't have baba ghanoush. For me shwarma or bread isn't complete without baba. But if I want shwarma and dont feel like driving to Farmington Hills this is my go to place."
