What Ru A likes about 691. Cafe Hēi Bái Qiè Kā Fēi Wū:
Like most Taiwanese places they hide the ketchup lol but the burgers we got were good and so too were the wedges. The latte on the other hand was just regular. So that why they got four stars. I'd definitely come back and I do recommend it. View all feedback.

Delicious Chinese and American food. There is a variety of hamburgers. They are all wonderful and ooooh the drinks
