"The food is good and fresh. The service is fairly fast, but the workers lately have been Rude with a capital R. I order thru mobile and pick up my order in Drive Thru. I used to have Drive Thru employees hand me my food with a smile. Now they just hand me my food without even looking at me. If they do say “Have a nice day it’s very unenthusiastic. I’m not sure if they hate their jobs, but they will be getting $20 an hour. I was a longtime customer. I got rid of of most Fast Food apps decided to eat healthier this year, but decided to keep Del Taco as their food didn’t seem overly processed. That is until now. I don’t plan to ever eat at the Yuba City establishment again. Edit: I arrived at around 4 p.m March 7,2024. The Dtive thru worker almost acted didaimful when she handed me my food. One of the few times I can ever recall feeling like trash after orderimg a meal. Unacceptable behavior for a Drive thru employee."

"The place is clean, the service is friendly and fast. I ordered the 8-inch tuna salad sandwich with a fountain drink. total $14.47 the thunfish was average, the brot was crispy, but not what I think is sour. the most disappointing experience for me, however, was how small the sandwich was. eight centimeters? but the whole sandwich is only about two and a half inches in diameter? a bottle water is larger in size and more filling. I came and left hungry."

"The size of the burritos has shrunk, it's like the richer they get the tighter they get. Used to be my favorite place in yuba city, i would not recommend going there. Unless you like playing 10 dollers for a smear of beans on a giant tortilla."

"I grew up in Yuba City and remember the old Ranch House. This weekend my family got together for my dad’s birthday and we were initially going to go to the Dancing Tomato or a chain restaurant for dinner. We decided on the Ranch House since we haven’t been there for 20 years and thought it would be fun to go back and see how it is. We were the first to arrive when they opened and initially they didn’t want to seat us because we were there before 5:00pm. We were a table of 8 and we were seated in the back corner. At first I didn’t think much of the table not being set and that it was cold in the corner where they sat us….we did show up 10 minutes before they opened. I would have thought after an hour with us there and the entire table, including two kids, with their jackets on, they would turn up the heater. For the food, if you ordered a salad, it was a plate of dressing with lettuce on the side. The New York steak 3/4 inch was 1/2 meat and 1/4 fat and gristle. The macaroni and cheese was dripping with oil at the bottom of the dish. The beef stroganoff was served in a kids bowl with last night’s meat cubed and a scoop of sour cream on top. The french fries came straight from a freezer bag and the microwaved dinner rolls were bought at Sam’s Club. I felt bad for my dad who tolerated his steak dinner. I talked to the manager to let her know the experience so far was not as we expected and far from it! The only response she had was that they were working out the kinks of the newly opened restaurant. After spending over $200 for the dinner, Cool Hand Luke’s or another chain restaurant would have been a better choice. At least they would have appreciated the business!"

"Not a glamorous dining area, nice and clean but simple tables and chairs. However the most important thing was that the food was great. Outstanding Lamb tikka marsala. Best meal I have had in any Indian restaurant, in a very long time. Prices are very reasonable also."

"Horrible customer service! We first called to place our order. My 1st attempt rang until voicemail picked up. My 2nd attempt was answered by a girl whom I asked if I could place a takeout order. My question was followed by silence and then I was placed on hold which was never retrieved. We were just down the street from the restaurant so I decided to drive over and place my order in person. When we arrived at the restaurant there Didn't seem to be anyone dining inside. Not really sure why they could not take our order over the phone. I observed a table with 2 employees that appeared to be on a break and one in the back at a table that also appeared on break. When we approached the counter we were not greeted as no one was there. We waited a couple minutes and one of the girls from the nearby table got up walked behind the register appeared to do something on it and then walked away. She didn't look at us. She didn't say a word. After a few more minutes another girl appeared from the back and slowly made her way to take our order. Upon trying to place my order there seemed to be some problems with the menu. Your menu in person matches your menu online yet I was not allowed to order what was stated on the menu because I was told it was outdated. We ordered 2 entrees and attempted to add a chip and salsa package that was offered for 499. The girl seemed extremely confused as if she had never heard of this option on your very own menu. She was attempting to charge us 4 to $5 a piece for a bag of chips and then additional for the bowl of salsa when you're menu states that you can get a large for 4.99 that comes with both. I decided not to order any chips or salsa at all. The menu waa right there. I also don't know why you would pay $9 or more for chips and salsa! And before we get a reply from the odors stating that they are short staffed let me remind you that 3 employees were sitting in the dining room while at least 2 were behind the counter doing nothing at all. There was an empty restaurant so there's absolutely no excuse why we were not even greeted.. Even when our order was taken the girl acted like she'd rather be anywhere but there. The gentleman that brought us our food did seem a lot more friendly. Overall the price for the quality of food seemed decent. The red sauce was a lot spicier than you would expect for regular use. The customer service was horrible however. I'm not sure how they treat their dine in guests but we were not very happy with our experience and probably will never go back."
