Definitely not up to the expectations I have of a Starbucks location. It was insanely busy, and just seemed to be chaos. The order ahead option took even longer than the 15 minute ETA. Quality was low A latte was just a piping hot milky coffee. Restrooms were a disaster. So many people lingering outside are they meeting, waiting, standing in line to order? All of the above?
