01.10.23 the mood was spoiled by the administrator Alexander, a completely ill-mannered and aggressive administrator, because of him the child’s holiday was ruined. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards clients, terrible attitude towards clients, no respect, just terrible. We will never go to this establishment again.
