The only thing I think is a delicious cafe with a shaverma and other food in Kirov district. The blues are cheap and delicious and sad, polite staff. The only night, especially at 8 9:00, is almost occupied. You can pay in cash or card, you can have a toilet. View all feedback.

It's not a cafe, it's a booze point! They'll behave as they want, and the staff of the café are only shy of their request.
