I ordered a smoothie this morning on the app to pick up on my way to work. I got there a few minutes after and the building was locked, I waited until and still no one was there. It clearly states on your website and the sign on the door that you open at am! I tried calling and got a voicemail, I hope someone has the decency to call me back and give me a refund.
