Ordered online. My order was not ready when I got there, had to wait an additional 25 minutes in the lobby. The place was not busy. Besides me, there was only 3 people in the lobby 1 waiting and 2 eating). I felt my patience getting a little thin. I went back to the cashier to see where my order was. It was ready. When they made my burrito they picked up the metal container holding the chicken and dirty warm water that the pan bathes the pan dripped into my burrito. i just left. i'm not going to make a scene and there is no point explaining to them how this could are me sick. another time i went there they gave me so much rice my burrito wouldn't close so they took another tortilla and wrapped that over the first tortilla. when i got home it all fell apart
Online ordering is useless since they forget to give you the items you order. Don't bother with this location they mess up my online order every single time. Do not go here.
Love this place. Food is great for my type 2 diabetes too! I get mostly the bowl that way I can pick and choose what goes in it. Since I dont walk well I use curbside its been outstanding except for once which I dont hold it against them. Thank you so so much. 5

Customer service is non existent. I 'd rather the extra drive to Yuma palms chipotle. Young shift leader is useless. Also, Restrooms are filthy.
