"Restaurant occidentalisé, attrayant de prim abord ( deco, perso, carte...) à la hauteur de notre déception ensuite: service inefficace, pizzas fades manquant cruellement de cuissons. Rien ne justifie donc les tarifs affichés qui restent bien supérieur à ceux pratiqués dans cette ville."

"We had read a lot of good comments about this place. The night we went, it was not that good (spaghetti with a few mushrooms) and quite expensive. You can find cheaper and better places in town."

"The menu in Pakta has some fascinating offers, and the execution of the dishes is competent and not stunning. Waitstaff is undertrained; we were there on the early side, and server could not match the two tables with which he (possibly 7 diners total). For Carhuaz, however, this can be a good restaurant. It is on the second floor at the address, so easy to go past when you use Google Maps."

"We came here a few times, although the waitress seemed like she hated us because they have great sandwiches and pretty good pizza as well as surprisingly good wine. Also good coffee! Sit on the balcony it is super nice out there."
