"Enjoyed a fabulous lunch here for father's day. The food was delicious. Even though we didn't eat from the main menu as there was a special, I would love to try more dishes. Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere that matches the name and quaintness of the town. We also enjoyed the live entertainment, which we discovered is a frequent addition to the restaurant over the weekend!"

"We decided to go to the Marmalade Cat for lunch as it came highly recommend on TripAdvisor.  A charming shop with quirky kitchen and general household gadgets. An interesting menu with a few traditional South African options. I opted for a lighter option, the roasted veg tramezzini.  I just wanted to check some of the ingredients used (not a fan of aubergine ,  so Lucky, the chef,  came out of the kitchen to assist.  He was so pleasant and very accommodating and served a very tasty meal! A real pity that the waitress who served us were borderline disinterested, otherwise the rating would have been a bit higher!  In general lovely lunch spot though :  "
