"We had dinner in this restaurant after reading the positive comments and we were not disappointed. the menu (required in the evening) offers a choice of 3 entries, 3 dishes and 3 desserts (and/or cheese) and a limited menu, which is usually a quality pledge. The cuisine is tasty and the perfect quantities. an efficient service but a little too energetic. otherwise everything was perfect and I recommend this restaurant without hesitation."

"We were made very welcome when we arrived at the hotel and were able to check in before the appointed time. We booked breakfast when we arrived. it is a shame that a 10 year old child pays the same price as his parents. On the other hand, we found that the quality and quantity price ratio was not up to par, given the high price of breakfast. Not enough diversity of products, few local products. No more apple juice for example. Otherwise, the room was clean, spacious, and there were plenty of towels."

"One of the best restaurants of touraine here is a starred restaurant "lost" in a small village at the edge of the tower. There are other examples such as white georges in vonnas or L’Auberge du vieux bien à fontjoncouse but it’s always surprising. we guess the tenacity of this dynasty of chefs to get there from their star is amply deserved. outside of the remarkable cheese trolley, which largely overwhelmed the goat cheeses of the Touraine (there would be about fifty varieties), the "pressignois" menu to euros for three services out of the amuse-stuff served before the entrance and before the dessert, includes only dishes, including desserts. they are so diverse that they can satisfy all tastes. next to this menu, the house daller offers two "surprise" menus in four or six services. in this formula all parts of the wine. alone or with the help of the sommelier you choose one or more wines in the map of the house.
