Foša - Zadar

One of the most unforgettable meals we ever had. both my husband and I have traveled around the world and have had many chic meals in posh places over the last 20 years. what made Foša is characterized by its unique, interesting taste profile of the dishes. the outdoor seating area by the sea and the old city wall was beautiful, no loud music or live band (Thanks! the dining room was cultivated. Presentation was beautiful, and cooking itself was sublime You can taste the many flavors in the dish, subtle, but with depth, diverse and yet complementary. ingredients were obviously very fresh and top quality; but it is the cooking itself that a dish of fresh catch of the day apart from many I had before. not least the price for such a place was very reasonable!

Worth the money. A beautiful restaurant with beautiful, innovative dishes. We chose the scampi carpaccio and scampi truffle ravioli for beginners. I had the dry aged seabass for head and my partner had the duck. All dishes were great. The aromas were so well thought out on each plate. Service is really great. We were easily removed from the reviews that indicate that the staff is rude, but that is not the case. They are highly qualified and professional, and take your culinary experience seriously. Our waiter led us what to order and when to order wine, and it made our experience better. You are the experts to know how to make your evening as perfect as possible. They were also incredibly committed and passionate about food and wine when asked questions. Thanks for a fantastic and unforgettable culinary experience.

What an amazing hidden jewel in Zadar. This restaurant was very recommended by a close friend and it was not disappointed. Simply the best food and service we had throughout the country. Our server, Ante, was very helpful and patient. He gave us a lot of time to choose and hit some of the more popular articles and also his personal favorites on the menu. Everything he suggested was on site. We tried the truffle pasta and also a fresh fish he recommended what was delicious. The fish came boiled and was prepared and served at the table that was a nice touch. The best part was the setting right in front of the city walls right at the port. So quiet and relaxing that made for an amazing date night with my girlfriend. We will stop here every time we are in Zadar.

Very beautiful place! We had a menu for course tasting and some cocktails afterwards. The food was delicious and the service was very good. If you happen to come here, take a look at the cocktail menu!

Very nice experience! We had a very friendly waiter and the view is amazing. My wife is a celiac and we had the 5-course meal. The chef adapted her courses into amazing and tasty glutenfree dishes.
