The girls at the reception were very kind and accommodated all my requests. I'm sorry to say I never give judgment but my experience was very bad when opening the wardrobe the pillows were very dirty with a crazy bad smell and at the reception they questioned our word with everything that the cleaning lady came to notice the heating in the bathroom didn't work, the shower knob was broken. the spa was very crowded without a changing room.
