Reading reviews from a year ago... And here I am dealing with the same issue. The drive-thru's intercom STILL does not WORK. Pulled in with 2 cars ahead NO customers inside and 3-5 employees) and left with my order 35min later. Only ordered 9 chicken strips. No complaints about the food but the customer is lacking. I wasn't happy that kfc gave me no spoons or ankles or butter or jelly for my cookies
Slower service, huh is good, but I do not recommend the sandwiches.
A little crowded, wait more than 20 minutes
