Whitz's is a place that my dad loves with his Demintia this always brings a smile to his face, my mom has problems eating ice cream it bothered her but Whitz's she can eat it with no problem she loves it also. Overall Wits Frozen Custard is pretty good. Their custard itself I absolutely love. Unfortunately my experience with their customer service was less than desired. I don't know if the young lady was having a bad day or what the issue was but she was not happy to be there. I didn't get a smile out of her and I even made a couple comments to try to do so.
