great hotel with wonderful staff. amazing laundry wash service that was cheap, super fast and super. rather stay here, even if a bit further away from all the pleasants, it was a very short walk and felt very safe View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Zanzibar Palace:
The fully restored hotel is very nice. My suite had a big bathtub, but it took the staff many round trips from the kitchen downstairs to fill it up with hot water. The beds are very decorative and noisy. The rooftop terries offers a great restaurant and a view over the city. Clean, unique, great food and comfortable. Large massage (Zanzibar Special). Would recommend going to Stone Town.
