"I tried two locations of this chain to test the fast service as this restaurant is mentioned in the Guinness book of records. The quickness can be attributed to a limited menu, use of Ipads and Roaming service not assigned to any particular table. Food...is good and corn chips with chopped cilantro, onions and lots of sliced lemons are immediately placed on the table. Service was quick. I had chorizo which came in a granular form, Bacon Bits, and a type of Mexican Jerky with a sauce. The tortillas come in a bag to keep them fresh. Tortillas were granular and had a rough texture. They were tasty. If paying by credit cards, sometimes the bill can take a while as they have to get the device and in busy times it can cause confusion. The restaurant was pretty busy on a sunday and had a Mariarchi band playing to entertain the customers. The area around Plaza Del Sol is upscale and safe."
