Once more I tried to see if there is an Italian restraurant abroad that can even closely match average Italian quality food, and once more I left the place in almost bitter disappointment. It may be the altitude of Mexico, which affects the temperatura at which water boils and this, in turn, affects the quality of the pasta (which can just NOT be "al dente"); it may be the basic ingredients thata just do NOT taste th... This restaurant serves delicious Italian food. It's a small place but comfortable and friendly. Good food in Zapopan!
