"After a long time visiting the restaurant was a big disappointment. Leaving aside the half-hour wait for the food, which is understandable with the ribs, what followed was a total flop. Ribs totally dried out, hard as a rock and the amount is quite miserable for 270 CZK (two small bones). The cordon bleu from the money changer was a bit better, but it didn't deny the taste of the freezer. The environment is pleasant, the service more or less can't be faulted either, but the kitchen has obviously weakened a lot since my last visit. "We were walking around and decided to stop at one. After reading the menu, we got a taste for Cmunda and Kulajda. Both meals were absolute goodness. Homemade potatoes, one of the best cabbage I've ever eaten and an absolutely delicious kulajda. Not to forget, we were served by a very pleasant lady. We will definitely be happy to return to Šimák. "We visit regularly, but rather take away food. As a person with lactose intolerance I always regret it, as a person who loves food I look forward to my next visit. Excellent food for me, big portions for good prices. Every time I try to try something new from their menu, it has always been without fail. I can 't judge the lamb dishes, because I just don 't like them. For me, I definitely recommend visiting at the time of the last menu, when you can have a mixthali and thus in one meal you can taste more varieties that are offered in the last menu. I recommend visiting if you are nearby. Vegetarian options: The menu for vegetarians seems quite large to me. So you can easily choose for me there.
