"We had a very nice welcome from the owners of this cosy restaurant. There were only a few tables occupied, so it was a bit quiet. But the owners of the restaurant made us feel at home immediately. There is a fixed 4-course menu, but with the different (intermediate) appetizers, there are 6/7 courses. The dishes are very tasteful, well presented and balanced. The cook gave a quick explanation of each dish at the table, which made it a very personal experience. We could really feel the passion for cooking. The value for money for the food is really fair, only the wines are a bit expensive (but nice wine-list). Great experience in this small town close to Utrecht, we will definitely come back."
