Logeant à l'hôtel, nous avons mangé un soir dans le restaurant. Patrone avenante au service, patron (quel personnage!) en cuisine. Service aux petits soins. En entrée, les escargots étaient parfaits. En plat principal, tant la caille que le poussin étaient servis avec une sauce au pinot réussie.
