"Despite the many restaurants in the resort we tried the restaurant of hotel Europe. We had dinner among the hotel guests in a cosy and warm dining room. A five courses menu is served for 68 CHF. The quality of the products such as the...Jerusalem artichoke, the ox tongue or the veal medallions served with parsnip puree and morels as well as the creativity of the Chef Podola made our dinner a delightful experience. As far as wine is concerned, better choose bottles from the region. . The service was efficient and friendly."

"Top restaurant with very personal service and a lot of attention. Everything is just right. Reservation essential. The various grilled specialties from are particularly recommended. These are grilled on an open fire and served absolutely fresh. All cheese specialties such as fresh fondue and raclette are also delicious. Very cozy wooden restaurant. The acoustics are very good because of the various niches. We had lamb gigots and racks of lamb from the grill with vegetables and potato casserole. Clean and sanitary facilities."

"Best rosti we have ever had. Restaurant is a bit difficult to get to but well worth the effort to enjoy a delicious, authentic Swiss meal in an amazingly picturesque setting. Service was great as well. We will return and highly recommend!"

"Generous portions of Wallisser Trockenfleisch and a flavorful Gulasch soup set the tone. The Truffle Fondue was a standout, becoming a new personal favorite. The Pork Cheeks were incredibly tender, a delightful surprise. Desserts like Dark Chocolate Mousse and fresh Panna Cotta rounded off a perfect meal. Highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Have spent a nice evening at chez heini. eating was fine, the short concert by dandaniell made the evening something special. The prices are rather high, however you can only recommend it and belongs to the to do liste during a disassembled visit."
