"During a three night stay in Zernez we ate twice at the Baer und Post. There were lots of interesting dishes to choose from on the menu, both for meat eaters and vegetarians. The main courses - including risotto and "capuns" (a kind of dumpling wrapped in cabbage leaves) - were very tasty and we also sampled some yummy desserts. The waitresses were efficient and friendly, finding English menus when we realized the limitations of our German and Romantsch! Thus, like many other reviewers, we were very satisfied. There seemed to be lots of happy diners too, so reservations are needed."

"The Flüela Pass is rightfully call the best drivers road in the alps but the experience is not complete withou a stop at the Hospitz. Had the Flüela Rösti and a beer. Absolutely fantastic. Could not have wish for anything better. Fit the place perfectly. Took one of the rustic room for a night. Never slept better. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. I will come back. Not only because of the dream drive up here."

"We just stayed at Mota for 4 nights. The hotel was very quiet during the offseason but the service was still excellent. The staff was extremely nice and we were being treated like family. The dinner menu was amazing and the breakfast buffet was very rich. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely come back during snow season since the place is right next to the slopes."

"My negative experience, because I stayed in two rooms to spend a short period in Livigno, but according to the gentleman who answered me there was a room available from December 29th and a room available from December 30th! Okay, I accept and pay for the room too from the 29th!! Then despite us we get sick with covid.. so on the 28th I contact the gentleman of the hotel I think a manager not the owner, who after a short conversation, I try to mediate by moving my reservation or I understand the inconvenience recover half of the deposit!! I repeat, I was disappointed because given the period I could have easily resold the rooms! However, I lose the deposit but the gentleman from the beginning of the overnight stay to the end spoke by telephone, an insensitive, grumpy and unpleasant person! In the many years that I have been going to Livigno frequenting various hotels, I had never met a person like that! I hope he is the only one!!"

"We had the pleasure to eat here for many years to lunch, last this week. the atmosphere is covered and friendly, the aperitifs are great fun they pour their own, unique in my experience and very pleasant, as they can...prove them various combinations; great value for money. the filetsteak in green pfeffer sauce is my favorite; we loved the butter spinat; the pizzas are excellent and we also loved the scallopine in white sauce; the ice. the lasagne is great, so the carbonaras and ragus are very tasty. in a phase there were 19 of us together for lunch we could get tables outside the day, which were sunny. we were a party of 22 families and friends and each of us came back at least twice. the digestion aids are also highly recommended. our limoncello was replaced at our table by a colder bottle, one of our group makes their own limoncello, so we know when we are serving big things. cares about the administration and the staff here who feed the people with good humor and gnade. I wish this restaurant was in our hometown, I would be there all the time."
