"My negative experience, because I stayed in two rooms to spend a short period in Livigno, but according to the gentleman who answered me there was a room available from December 29th and a room available from December 30th! Okay, I accept and pay for the room too from the 29th!! Then despite us we get sick with covid.. so on the 28th I contact the gentleman of the hotel I think a manager not the owner, who after a short conversation, I try to mediate by moving my reservation or I understand the inconvenience recover half of the deposit!! I repeat, I was disappointed because given the period I could have easily resold the rooms! However, I lose the deposit but the gentleman from the beginning of the overnight stay to the end spoke by telephone, an insensitive, grumpy and unpleasant person! In the many years that I have been going to Livigno frequenting various hotels, I had never met a person like that! I hope he is the only one!!"
