I went today. Since my usual soba shop is on a long-term holiday, I had ramen instead. It was light and was Chinese style. The chashu was not tough, but just soft enough. The noodles were thin and curly. It was affordable at 680 yen, and you can also get a large portion for an extra 100 yen. The customers kept coming in one after another, so it seems to be thriving. I will definitely come back when I am in this area... View all feedback.

A wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy both beloved ramen and delicious okonomiyaki in Yamagata! The nostalgic taste of light Chinese noodles and fluffy and chewy okonomiyaki. Both are highly recommended dishes at this restaurant. The yakisoba and miso ramen are also delicious. The restaurant was bustling with customers from the neighborhood, out-of-town visitors, and families alike.
I tried the miso chashu ramen. I have been to the Tendo branch several times, but this was my first time at the Nakayama branch. The appearance was similar, but the taste lacked spiciness. However, it was still delicious.
