Haven't tried the food here but I love the atmosphere and they have a good selection of beers and ciders. There are lots of board games too and trivia is always a good time here, albeit crowded. View all feedback.
What Bry M doesn't like about Books Brews:
Cool concept and nice people but the food is not good. We stopped in for a quick lunch on Saturday before work and the staff were very friendly however basically no one in the restaurant but a family of 5 and a guy at the bar. I should have know the food would not be good judging by the lack of customers on A Saturday. My wife ordered a sandwich and I had a flatbread...both were terrible. I hope they up the food qual... People make this place great, and it could be the best job I've ever had. With the atmosphere, people, food and all brews it is an extraordinary place to drink and hang. I would like to remember that this is a coffee shop that serves something better than coffee.
We go at least once a week. It is a beautiful, super casual, very child-friendly option. Seems like children eat free several times a week. Our child loves the grilled cheese and frits, and Bingo, if we time our visit properly we love the beer, the food and the Justin. They are sometimes busy, but always try to stay on things as far as I can see. FWIW, we want to see that some of Justin's art are displayed there. This is a BnB review, but Justin is a very talented artist with a big theme beer and brewery.
This place is great! We love to bring our daughter to play. The staff is always on the point!
Great atmosphere, personal and fun staff, eclectic food selection and game evenings... highly recommended and will return
Enjoyed the small feel of the place to have a more intimate vibe with the staff. The beers were delicious, even if not the normal style that I would go with. Charlie and Nancy though, dems my people. Will definitely go back when in the area.
