Some time ago I tried the chicken with peanut sauce and liked it so much that I never got the chance to try something else. The service is nice although they have some problems communicating in german. Very nice ambient and more on the expensive side. View all feedback.

Server didn't care for us. Didn't feel like he wanted us there. No matter. We engrossed ourselves in conversation and enjoyed the food and drink despite his demeanor. View all feedback.

We went here with kids for dinner on a week night. The restaurant was nearly empty but although one server took care of all orders he was efficient and we got served very fast (which was good for kids). Food was fresh, there were good portions and it came piping hot when served. The thai noodles were delicious. Our kids who generally don't finish their plates ate every bit (chicken skewers and beef strips were well appreciated). For dessert I recommend the banana rolls which come with delicious pure honey (not store bought industrial one). The fruit platter is generous and coconut and mango ice creams to die for (yes we love mangos!). Definitely recommend for a night out with friends or family.
I generally enjoy visiting Cha Cha although the difference in service between staff members is huge.Today I was unlucky to get a very rude waiter.I simply asked if they have a lactose free or soya milk to my espresso macchiato. What I have heard in return should NEVER happen! I've heard that they do not have and I should go to Starbucks to get it or drink my coffee without milk. I simply do not digest loctose and get stomach problems afterwards. I am not asking for nothing fancy and special in 2017!If he would say "I'm sorry but we have only regular milch" this would be ok. But suggesting me in a rude manner to go somewhere else or how I should drink my coffee is not acceptable.I am a regular customer there, but this will come to an end if such terrible service happens again.
Very westernize Thai food chain, never seen so much sweet sour sauce in Thai food in my life before- but the ingredients are fresh, and they have some Thai wine offerings which are special. #150 chf for two including wine and three course are reasonable for Zurich price. Place is huge and likely to be the last minute remedy if you need to find some place in the last minute in Saturday without bookings.
