What User likes about Franzos:
Small cafe with good breakfast. Coffee was good. Surprised they ran out of croissants for our order, but substituted another more expensive item at no up charge. Nice place for a good breakfast. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Franzos:
We came in to get some pastries to go. The waitress didn't let us buy any because they were reserved for guests only! Ridiculous. Such bad service is unusual even for Zurich. View all feedback.
