"I don't have a photo this time. I don't think that's necessary anymore. The Kaiser Franz is a legend in Zug. We were there on June 30th, 6 of us ate. At a wonderful table by the window. We were greeted by the entire service staff, including the boss, as if we were regular guests. We're not, but there's really nothing wrong with becoming that. Everything was perfect from A-Z, atmosphere, mood, the sparkling wine with the aperitif, the attentive and lovely service throughout the evening. We ate various dishes, everyone was delighted with what was offered, including Wiener Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn at the end, many thanks to the Kaiser Franz team! Top. That's why food, ambience and service, all 5 stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Schon beim Reinkommen wurden wir warten/stehen gelassen und diese Erfahrung hat sich beim langen Warten auf die Rechnung wiederholt (Dauer Service dazwischen ok)Das Essen war nichts Besonderes. Leider bestand meine grosse Portion Kalbsgeschnetzeltes aus sehr wenig Fleisch (max. 5 Stückchen, die man zwischen vielen Pilzen suchen musste). Der Service hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können. Leere Getränkeflaschen wurden abgetragen aber nicht nach neuen Getränkewünschen gefragt. Ebenso wurde die Brotnachbestellung ignoriert."
