"Out of the Blue is great. Sue and her staff are very friendly. They have a wide range of fish available for take out fish and chips. Their smoked fish is amazing and they have regular fresh fish on a daily basis. Highly recommend!"

"Good food and portions Fair prices Ample parking Cramped inside ABYSIMAL AND INCOMPATANT SERVER Our server took our drink orders and made some saracastic remarks about me not seeing the drink list (I saw it but didnt want booze) we also decided to give her dinner orders as well to save time as we had a play in 1.5 hrs which we told her She then forgot to bring our drinks for 20 or more mins we got our apps and had to ask the other waitress delivering them for our drinks She screwed up my app order i asked for a rasp vinergerette dressing on a 15 buck salad not the normal balsamic when the other waitress brought it out i noticed the dressing was balsamic which is much darker I pointed it out to the server she argued with me told me it was right So i tasted it I was correct it was balsamic she then corrected it Then the mains arrive pretty late but im trying to cut em slack as its a sat night 2 of 4 mains wrong 1 minor issue which we fixed ourselves some things ended up on wrong plates The other one was a request for onion gravy not mushrooms which was not honoured Funny note I said to my sister in law judging from the way this is going she was getting the mushroom gravy she dreaded before it happened sadly prediction came true So my sister in law pointed the mushrooms she hates all over her main course out to the waitress politely her response was something to the effect she ordered it right and the kitchen cant read Rather then take it back or ask how to make it right She basically shrugged her shoulders did nothing and left She didnt come back at all after that to ask if we needed something or get us another drink and to this point we had all been polite and tolerant she had no reason to ignore it We finished ask for our bills and for a container for my wifes fish She came back with bills not even close to correct and no container for fish We then straightened out the bill with her and AGAIN asked for the container she forgot for my wifes fish We now had 10 mins to get to the play b4 it started So she came back again with the bills and STILL NO DAMN LEFT OVER CONTAINER The place could be pretty good and if the service was even mediocre id go back as we all liked the food But all 4 of us were shocked at the level of bad service May have been a one off may be the norm i dont know Normally i would have spoken to a manager or owner but i got to the play with mins to spare and didnt have the time."

"The owner had made our wedding cake ??? and my wife went here a bunch before we were married. We had been meaning to go and finally made it. I am not sure if this place even needs a 5 star review the food is kind of beyond that. Both our meals were fantastic. The dessert was fantastic. When the waitress brought the food for the table next to us it smelled fantastic. Highly recommend!"

"Derry Sylvester agreed June 6, 2023 to make me two charcuterie boards for my party Aug 27th. He emailed me suggestions for the boards and everything was set. I stopped into the Olio Restaurant restaurant and met with Derry and agreed I would be in touch closure to the date. I emailed Aug 13th stating I was away until the 18th and would check with Derry the 18th. I emailed Aug 18th no response, I called his cel Aug 19th and left a message asking Derry to call no response. Needless to say I never heard from Derry so emailed the 22nd stating I guess he wasn't doing the boards and how disappointed."

"I had an enjoyable lunch at Renegades Dinner - BLT with fries and coleslaw for $10 - the portions are very large and it was very good. Everyone in the group I was with tried something different and everyone was very pleased. They also serve breakfast until 2PM if you prefer breakfast at lunchtime. Many of the restaurants on Main Street are very expensive and this place was a pleasant surprise!"

"Location of restaurant is great! Good service. We had fish and chips, it was just ok. However, the cleanliness was issue, we saw food on floor and table, end up eating there’s not too peaceful and relax. If you come here yourself, you won’t be alone, there’s dozen of flies welcome you when you sitting down, and your hands will be so busy to keep them away. But they love to stay you."

"My partner, sister-in-law and niece went for lunch. The patio had room and the environment looked nice.Unfortunately, the service was slow and the food disappointing. The waitress was cleaning tables before taking our order (nobody was waiting for tables) and forgot to bring one of us a fork.We ordered the potato bites and buffalo cauliflower bites because they seemed like good vegan\veg options. When our food arrived the cauliflower bites were covered In blue cheese and the potato bites had a creamy dressing on the plate and were filled with cheese and bacon! (The menu did NOT say anything about cheese or bacon! And did not say the cauliflower would be covered in blue cheese. "Comes with" usually means as a dip or side, doesn't it?).The waitress blamed us for not asking! After my vegetarian partner ate a bite with bacon! Sorry, but what reason would a person have for needing to ask what potato bites are? We had to ask to have one of the two potato bite orders taken off our bill since we didnt eat them. We felt like we were a nuisance for their lack of accountability.Still can't believe that she challenged me on how the potato bites were stated on the menu and then said that it was our fault for not asking what potato bites are."
