Boat rental booking inadequate. You can only reach someone after a lot of calls. There had a boat ordered for 4h at 9:00. 9:25 nobody was there. They stood up around 7 to make our son a joy and about 70km away. 9:30, after countless vain calls, we have a phone call again. He allegedly had an accident and would still need about 1h.
