I've been to the schaumburger hof for a business dinner. place recommended by a company of havever, very close to the hotel where I stayed. The place is very spartan but all in all not unpleasant. I tried a "wedding soup", with meatballs, very pleasant for the winter climate, a green pepper fillet with good quality meat and well prepared and as a vanilla ice cream dessert on a moose of berries.
