"I've been to the schaumburger hof for a business dinner. place recommended by a company of havever, very close to the hotel where I stayed. The place is very spartan but all in all not unpleasant. I tried a "wedding soup", with meatballs, very pleasant for the winter climate, a green pepper fillet with good quality meat and well prepared and as a vanilla ice cream dessert on a moose of berries. Positive experience."

"Who can't smile should not open his load at all.This old Chinese proverb is not lived here.We had a table reserved for a larger group in front of the restaurant, as the day should be summery. arrived in restaurant we were told that the reservation was given for indoors, a table in front restaurant was not free. now would have been a reasonably managed load still the one or other possibility found to save the situation - this would not. in the opposite, the service power (male) remained like a sniffed operandiva. a short call at a Greek restaurant close to us and a table was reserved for outside. we have left the ungassing restaurant and rather enjoyed the Greek hospitality. the servicewüste taormina we will not visit after the experience and also no longer recommend."

"Without exception, 100% satisfaction. this is the result of 13 people on the occasion of a family celebration at the hotel restaurant L`Eckerchen. we all had not eaten so well for a long time. everything was perfect. all this has already begun with the creative menu recommendations from the chef of cuisine and sat down with the service and the well-prepared foods, during eating. everything was freshly prepared and was relocated to the abwinning, repeatedly on warmed plates. as an appetizer we had a very tasty bark broth with pancake strips and sweet cubes. the main dishes were on the one hand, a tasty rehkeule with preislbeersauce and on the other, a pink fried pork fillet with champignon sauce. there was a sweet plate, wesing in cream, rosemary and potato cake. the dessert, consisted of a large portion mousse au chocolat, with a twechen compote and walnusseis (see pictures.) the eating itself, was a true joy for all of us. there was nothing to complain about. who loves good food and sometimes something unusual, is here very well. for this it is worth a bit more drive. therefore, also our 100% recommendation and we will come back."

"The best restaurant/café in the Deister and surroundings. The surroundings, the house, the rustic beer garden and the furnishings, a pleasure for the eyes. In addition to the excellent rustic ambience there is a super selection of dishes with very best regional products. The food is freshly prepared, served quickly and has always been delicious. So you want a restaurant visit. What do you want? Unfortunately, the Mooshütte is to overflow with the many visitors in beautiful weather on weekends, so you should reserve for security reasons. We can only recommend the Mooshütte Waldrestaurant (only 2 km from Bad Nenndorf)."
