I hate to say this, but I spent the whole day at copper kettle. I had the experience to have breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner here. I want to let you know that this is a great resort restaurant/ bar. Great customer service and decent (resort) prices. Draft beer selection is good. I ordered the carbonara and requested extra pancetta. The pasta came with no pancetta. When asked about it, the waiter brought out extra parmesan.
