The restaurant is second floor from street level. I absolutely loved the seafood stew.it was amazing. Both French white wine glasses were great. Menu hasn't changed in years. Service is good some days and on others we may have to wait an hour or more to be served and we had reservations. Wait staff sometimes not so welcoming or friendly. Excellent food. Tried and true. Great for special occasions and have to love the crime brûlée!
