As a fan of schnitzel, I couldn't resist the chance to check out a restaurant named after them, with a traditional German spelling for "House" as well. The schnitzels here are baked in the oven instead of fried, which really enhances the flavor and allows you to taste more of the veal or chicken. We were greeted quickly by a waiter and shown to a table. We then waited about ten minutes before we even received a menu, even though we saw a waitress bring in another family within that time and they received menus immediately.
