On holiday in Herne Bay, the owner left the takeaway leaflet for The New Hong Kong takeaway, so we thought we’d try it. Rang our order through at 5pm, ordered Set Meal C for 3 people, we picked the order up ourselves about 25 minutes later, we arrived just as it was being bagged up. Waited until the end of the delivery window, chased the order through just eat, extended another 25 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes after that and still nothing so rang to cancel as it's getting too late to eat only to be told it's miraculously on its way so I had to reject the food at the door. I've asked for a refund and we won't be coming back. View all feedback.
