On holiday in Herne Bay, the owner left the takeaway leaflet for The New Hong Kong takeaway, so we thought we’d try it. Rang our order through at 5pm, ordered Set Meal C for 3 people, we picked the order up ourselves about 25 minutes later, we arrived just as it was being bagged up. I waited until the end of the delivery window for my order, had to chase it through Just Eat, and then it was extended another 25 minutes. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I decided to cancel because it was getting too late to eat. However, when I called to cancel, I was told the order was miraculously on its way.
